Introduction to InVisory

Two weeks ago, I had an opportunity to meet with founder & CEO Patrick Cronan and Nish Mishra, co-founder & head of product at InVisory. During our session they walked us through their new marketplace solution, driven by their proprietary algorithm to score all of the 4,000 apps & 2,000+ consulting firms from the Salesforce ecosystem. Let start our Introduction to InVisory Guide.

What is InVisory?

With the rollout of this product, anyone can now create a free InVisory profile and start to leverage their AI-driven platform to identify new trending use cases, solution categories, and scoring by the vendor within the app & consulting firm categories.

What I found in reviewing was that InVisory is not just going to be another static marketplace like G2, Capterra, GetApp etc. InVisory has built a product that proactively educates customers on use cases, trending solution categories, and incorporating a visually driven buying experience through a my profile feed that is similar to an experience on Instagram or Tiktok.

This also has a recommendation layer that is leveraging AI to align customers profile feed with the most relevant solution categories & vendors they should be considering by use case.

InVisory has also created an engagement layer that allows any user to submit inquiries to “peer” users,  and get feedback on questions around everything from vendor evaluations, to core Salesforce best practices, contract renewal negotiation strategies, or even recommendations for hotels & restaurants for Salesforce events.

Users are being rewarded with annual high value incentives for engaging within the marketplace. Some examples of their rewards included a 4 night stay on property at a top Napa Valley winery, with two first class tickets, or box seats to a Green Bay Packers game at Lambeau field, or a $5,000 personal shopper experience at Saks Fifth Ave in NYC.

Whether submitting a question to the community or responding, or just proactively adding value with sharing best practices, users will receive a point.

Rewarding end users for engagement was a big priority for the InVisory team, as they want to reward the loyalty of users selecting their platform to identify the best apps & consulting firms for their needs.

InVisory’s goal is to proactively connect ecosystem vendors with the right buyers who can get value from their solutions.
