Two typical business scenarios which occur post the contracting step are around the need to change an existing contract or continue the subscription post its end date.  Salesforce CPQ offers robust functionalities around Amendments and Renewals to support these processes. 

In this video, we will look at the way Amendments are handled in Salesforce CPQ, various scenarios, and key considerations. We will also look at the guidelines and restrictions in place for amending a Contract. In relation to this, we will also examine the concept of Contracted Pricing.

We will also look at the options related to Renewal available in Salesforce CPQ. We will go through the key fields available to manage the Renewal behavior and look at key considerations for implementing this functionality

  3. Hi Amit,
    I watched your youtube video and thoroughly enjoyed it.
    One question I have with Renewals, do you know if SalesForce CPQ caters for multiple renewal terms.
    For example, a contract has an initial term of 36 months, second term of 12 months and a third term of 12 months.
    Total of 5 years of the full term. So when the initial term is coming up for renewal then the renewal term should be 12 months and so on for the third term on renewal. Thank you.
